L.-Cpl. Feir returns home to Haliburton

Haliburton, July 25 (PNS)—L.-Cpl. Cyril Feir arrived back at his home in Haliburton, on Monday, July 25, after spending four years in His Majesty’s Forces.

Cyril has been in poor health for sometime and his return home did not come as a surprise, but was expected.

L.-Cpl. Feir was attached to No. 1 Line Section of the Canadian Signal Corps and his return from overseas brings the total to five, who have come home to Haliburton. Included among the number are L.-Cpl Howe, Pte. C. Baker, Gnr. R. Bannon, Gnr. H.J. Douglas and Cyril Feir.

Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Feir of Uxbridge, parents of the boy, accompanied him to Haliburton, where he was welcomed by his wife and three children.

Everyone wishes him a speedy return to good health and are glad to have him again in their midst.
