Haliburton soldier overseas is recovering

Haliburton April 19 (PNS) Mr. and Mrs. Chester Kellett have received word through a friend in England that their son Vernon is slowly improving after severe head injuries that he received while on active service. The young soldier has suffered a great deal and it is miraculous that he is improving.
