Only six original members returning with 45th Battery
Only six of the original members of the 45th Field Battery returned with the unit today. Of the other 170 members, many have already returned with other drafts, some are remaining in Europe with the Army of Occupation and some have paid the supreme sacrifice.
The original (1939) members of the 45th Battery, returning with the unit are:
