Ryall, William

Bill Ryall son of Mr. and Mrs. Jos Ryall, RR2 Lindsay enlisted in the Canadian Army in September 1941. He trained at Lindsay, Petawawa, Hamilton, and Debert (NS). He went overseas in August 1943.


Gnr. Ryall entered France on 6 June 1944. He contracted Diphtheria in January 1945 and was confined to hospital in Holland. He was later moved to military hospital in Belgium and was still receiving treatment in May 1945.
