“I believe the first moving picture I saw was Charles Chaplin in One A.M. While my parents were shopping in Toronto at Eaton’s, I would sometimes go across Yonge St. to The Red Mill theatre and spend an hour watching motion pictures. Our family drove to Toronto in those days (1910-1915) in about 4.5 hours.“ George C.R. Hall.
