A SMART BREEZE.--On Monday last the neighbourhood of Powles's Corners, in the township of Fenelon, was visited by a severe wind from the north-west, which took the roof of Mr. John Cullis's barn and blew down both the chimneys of his brick house ; but Mr. D. Willock's premises, which are nearly opposite and stand about a hundred yards distant, escaped uninjured. Some rain, but not much, accompanied the wind.
