PAINFUL ACCIDENT.--Mr. J. C. Rodden, architect, of this town, met with a painful accident last week while inspecting the work in progress at Mr. Orde's new hotel, Coboconk. In stepping across one of the joists he tripped over a cross-cut saw and fell into the cellar beneath, a distance of some twelve feet, sustaining a fracture of the collarbone, and some injury to the shoulder through the saw falling on him. We trust Mr. Rodden will soon be able to be about again, although his injuries will confine him to the house for some time.--Warder.
