BINGHAM-GLOVER.-The sun in all its

beauty and radiance burst upon the town

Wednesday morning, seeming almost to

announce the happy event which took place in

the evening at the residence of Mr. W. G.

Glover, King street, when his eldest daughter

Lottie, was united in the bonds of matrimony

to Mr. Arch Bingham, of Chatham Ont.

The ceremony was performed by Rev. T.W.

Jolliffe at 6 o'clock in the presence of a large

number of relatives and intimate friends.

The bride was tastefully robed in a petticoat

of brocaded Bengalise, with bodice and train

of satin duchesse, with bridal veil and flowers,

of the groom, and carried a beautiful boquet

of white roses and maden-hair ferns. The

bridesmaids were: Miss Effe Glover, sister

of the bride, who was dressed in pink marvel-

flowers, and carried a boquet of pink

and cream roses, and Miss Bessie San-

buttercup Bengaline, with ribbon trimmings

the same shade, and carried a boquet of

cream and of yellow roses. The maids of

honor were Misses Gertie and Millie Glover,

sisters of the bride, and wore dresses of Swiss

embroidery with pink sashes, and carried

baskets of pink roses. The groom was ably

supported by Mr. Hiram Williamson of

Cobourge, and Mr. Thomas Bingham, of

Toronto, brother of the groom. The reception

room was profusely decorated with the choicest

flowers. On the mirror was an immense bank

of water lilies; the was covered with

water lilies and roses, and above the bridal

couple was a magnificent floral ball. After a

splendid wedding dinner the happy couple

dress was silver grey with

trimmings, and hat to match. The

Dominion Organ and Piano Company band
