ORANGE BLOSSOMS.--On Tuesday 12th inst., a pleasing event took place in St. Paul's church, being the marriage of Mr. W.T.C. Boyd, of the firm of Boyd & Co., Bobcaygeon, and Miss Meta Bridgman, niece of Dr. DeGrassi. The groom attended by the groomsmen was at the church at the appointed hour 3 p.m., being shortly afterwards joined by the bride, who was conveyed to the altar by uncle Dr. DeGrassi. The bride was supported through the so-called trying ordeal by Miss Katie Boyd, sister of the groom, and the Misses Florence and Stella Hamilton of Toronto. The groom being assisted by W.H. Dunsford and H.J. Hamilton of Toronto. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Rural Dean Allen of Millbrook, assisted by Rev. C.H. Marsh incumbent. The bride was attired in cream satin with the usual accompaniments of orange blossoms and veil. The dress of Miss Boyd first bridesmaid, was duchane, with pearl ornanaments, Miss Florence Hamilton wore a dress of sea green, and Miss Stella Hamilton, pink nun's veiling. After the ceremony the guests returned to the residence of Dr. DeGrassi, where after partaking of dejeuner, the happy couple left by the evening train for an extended tour of British Columbia and California. The presents to the bride were numerous, useful and costly. The following is a partial list of guests, the invitations being confined to immediate family connections of the contracting parties.
