Coboconk couple who challenged the community to raise money for the Coboconk and Area Food Bank to make Michel and Bacon jump in Balsam Lake. The challenge started at $500 then was upped to $1000. Donations had hit $3000 at the time of the interview. Michel issued the challenge to friends and neighbours, with a dozen families and individuals promising to take the plunge into Balsam and Sturgeon lakes for charities of their choosing.
