According to the Post, "His columns were reprinted in many places and most are now bound and stored at the Lindsay Public Library" (August 23, 1982). These scrapbooks were created from sheets of paper in binders. Glued to each sheet are carefully folded clippings of Moynes's columns, photographs, and sometimes envelopes stuffed with cards or letters. On some of these envelopes Ford Moynes has scrawled in quotations, "fan mail"; the letters inside contain family stories for Moynes from writers inspired by the "On the Main Street" columns.

What follows on this page are few examples of the scrapbook pages. Notice the folded articles-- cut from the pages of the newspaper, then folded to rectangles to fit the page. Some pages have as many as four or five articles attached. The photos might be taped to the pages, and the tape now brittle and yellow with age, but every photo was labelled with names and dates. The photos were almost always published in the paper alongside the corresponding column.
