Collingwood, Joseph Thomas

Private.

Enlisted March 11, 1917 with 122nd Battalion.

Transferred to 43rd Company Canadian Forestry Corps.

Church of England.

Born January 8, 1880 at Denbigh, North Wales and educated at Bodfari, North Wales.

Married Gertrude Nightingale Artingstall and has two boys.

He was discharged March 21, 1919 and lives at 152 Forest Road, Galt. Ontario.

He served 22 months in France.
