Nursing sister (Private).

Enlisted March I, with the Canadian Army Medical Service. No. 2 General Hospital (Canadian).

Baptist.

Born Sept.22, 1891 at Liverpool, England.

Educated in Ireland.

Graduated from the K.&.W.Hospital, Kitchener, 1913.

She is still on service.

Her mother, Mrs. S. Potter, lives at 219 Frederick St. Kitchener.

She was with the British at the Dardanelles and with the Canadian army in France and England.

Evelyn Smithson, 128 Lancaster St. E., Kitchener.
