Black and white studio portrait photograph mounted on cardboard mat of four persons, presumably a family. The father, mother and youngest daughter are seated; the older daughter is seen standing behind the younger daughter. All are in formal attire. The mother and youngest daughter are each holding a book.
Notes:
The date and photographer attribution are based on the address inscribed on the cardboard backing.

Henry S. Schmidt was a photographer in Berlin, Ontario, between 1911-1915. His studio was located at 62 King Street West.

This image is in fair condition; some over-exposure or fading.
