"Queenston, February 1876
At a meeting held in Queenston on Friday evening January 28th James Johnson Esq. a member of the I.O of G.I. instituted a Lodge to be known as Queens Forest.
The following members were installed into their respective offices:

Mary Lench [?]
Moved and seconded that we meet every Friday evening at 7 o'clock."
