Masonic medallion inscribed on the obverse, "In the Lord We Trust. 1736-1986 (with the coat of arms of the Grand Lodge of Scotland)," and on the reverse, "250th Anniversary of the Grand Lodge of Scotland, 1736-1986. William St. Clair of Roslin, First Grand Master Mason of Scotland, 1736," with a portrait.
Inscriptions:
"Presented by Bro. Alex G. Greenwood, Lodge Ponsonby, No. 708, Scottish Constitution, Auckland, New Zealand, through Bro. A. J. Brown, Niagara Lodge, No. 2. January 1990."
