Points to Consider in Regard to Dinner Invitation List:
Representatives from both the ederal and provincial government should be invited - sensibilities should not be considered. Respective local representatives (Bart Maves & Gary Pillitteri) should have copies of letters sent to Premier, Governor-General and any other Ministers. Meetings should be arranged with the local representatives apprising them of all the special events being planned for the Bicentennial, the significance of the event, history and background of the library etc.

Auction Items Report R. Allen

Golf Membership -- Talked to Don Allen a director of The Golf Club and he was very enthused about having G. G. open club also receptive to donating a single membership for auction and will discuss it at board meeting first week in December and get back to us.

Books - Linda Potter made up a list of Books and I have a meeting Dec. 3rd will discuss with L.S.C. Also local persons will donate two old books for auction. Will seek some more.

Rotary is donating two tickets to "She Loves me" a musical Shaw production May 20, 2000

Hockey Tickets - Ward Simpson will supply two tickets from one of his suppliers - will let us know details later
