Alternate title: The Signing of the Treaty of Ghent, Christmas Eve, 1814. The oil painting is in the Smithsonian American Art Museum (1922.5.2) whose key appears to reverse the identification of William Adams and Henry Goulbourn and to identify the three figures at extreme right, l. to r., as Clay, Russell and unidentified.
