This picture is of Essie and a child who could possibly be her son. Essie is the sister of Richard Issac, who was an elected Chief, as well as Grace Isaac, Hardy Isaac, and Rose (Winnie). She became Essie Bomberry. Harvey Longboat was either her son, or grandson.
