"The Study of Health Assessment and Risk Evaluation in Aboriginal Peoples (SHARE-AP) was a joint effort between the Six Nations Health Committee and McMaster University. The purpose of this project was to determine the risk factors for heart disease and stroke among the Six Nations people of Ohsweken. The program was funded by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario and began in 1998."
