Michael W. Higgins, 1999-2006

ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY Michael W. Higgins was appointed President and Vice-Chancellor of St. Jerome's University in 1999 after serving as Academic Dean and Vice-President from 1995. He was re-appointed to a second term which ended when he resigned from the position effective July, 2006. SCOPE AND CONTENTS This series comprises the general administrative records of the President's Office at St. Jerome's University during Michael Higgins'term as President and Vice-Chancellor.
