I am searching for his descendants and/or their friends who may have family records, photographs, and other relevant information pertaining to the life and legacy of this Deaf man (and his hearing family). Greene (b. 1802; d. c1874) Mother: Sarah (nee Frye/Jewett) Greene (b. c1798; d. c1875) Siblings: Edwin (b. 1829; d. 1833), William (b. 1831; d. 1880), Edwin (b. 1833; d. 1837), Sarah (b. 1835; d. 1877), Jacob (b. 1837; d. Unknown), George (b. 1840; d. 1882) Additional information about the siblings: William was a medical doctor/surgeon in North Waterford, ME and Portland, ME. Deaf since the age of three, Sarah received her education at the American Asylum for the Education and Instruction of the Deaf and Dumb (now American School for the Deaf) in Hartford, Connecticut USA (1846-1851); she married a Deaf man, Osgood Bailey (b. 1818; d. Unknown). Jacob was a lawyer, an army colonel, and president of the Connecticut Mutual Insurance Company in Hartford.
