Bush Funeral Home. Tobe, 78, of RR 2 Belleville, died Wednesday in Belleville General Hospital. Son of ^he late Mr. and Mrs. Moses Tobe, he is survived by brothers Sam of Lakeworth, Fla., Irwin Isaac and Abram of Belleville and sister, Mrs. Bluma R. Weisinger of Belleville. In partnership with his two brothers, Mr. Tobe started a small business at Rossmore in 1939. adding a restaurant area in 1945 and a hail in 1947 for the complex which continues to be widely known as Tobe's County Gardens, He sold that business to Ron Croakwright in December 1972, but continued business Interests with his f a m i l y in Pan Properties, a Belleville-based development com- pany.
