t City native has key role building dome By HENRY BURY Staff Reporter ' A Belleville native will play a key role in construction of the multi- million dollar Toronto dome stadium. Michael Tsichlas, 34, a civil engineer, has been hired by Pre-Fact Ltd. of Toronto, to oversee all the pre- cast concrete installation for the domed stadium. The Toronto firm is building a plant on the job-site and all the concrete for the huge project will be made on the spot. Tsichlas begins his three-year job in Toronto next month. The son of Louis and Stamo Tsichlas of 4 Robertson Lane, Belleville, owner of the Cozy Grill, he attended Centennial Secondary School and received his. civil engineering degree from Queen's University in Kingston.
