Tax Collector Joins Taxpayers Staff member at the Income Tax Office in Belleville for 26 years Clinton MacDonald was honored Friday by fellow em- ployees with a brief retirement party and presentation. Staff members at the Belle- ville Taxation Office present- ed Mr. MacDonald with a slide projector. Congratula- tions on retirement were ex- pressed by president Robert Keyes and chief assessor G.
