Komputech on the corner of County Roads 8 and 17. this January to people wishing to learn more about computers. The courses will be geared around demand and Komputech plans to offer specialty courses as well. For example, training could be taken by an employer or employee who needs to learn a new software package for work but can't find the time at the office. Komputech may enlist the help of outside people for these courses or may teach them themselves. Harold is a member of the Ontario Certified Engineering Technologists and a graduate of Loyalist College's Electronic Engineering Technologist program. Komputech currently employs four full-time and two parttime employees. Since its inception in 1984 it has increased its gross sales from $35,000 the first year to $800,000. Its diversified market of four continents has symbolically been included in the building itself. When Harold made a business trip to Europe in 1990 he collected pieces of concrete from the Berlin Wall. Today they are part of Komputech's foundation.
