Will New « Front Street merchant, Carl Roluf, has purchased one of the three remaining vacant lots on the burned out West Robertson block area on lower Front Street and will construct a building on the property. Sale of the property was announced yesterday by D. J. Whalen Real Estate Ltd. The lot purchased by Mr. Roluf is north of the present driveway through the burned out area and the planned construction will not affect the entranceway opened by the Parking Authority. Mr. Roluf said his new building would be two, or possibly three storeys, with a depth of 150 feet. On completion he will move his travel agency into the building. Construction will not start until next spring. I
