ct A Tay lor Second Womai} Editor On Job in Hastings DESERONTO (Staff) - With the presses running off the first edition of The Quinte Scanner, Mrs. Patricia Tay- lor became the second woman editor of a Hastings County newspaper. Mrs. Eva Wafer, owns, and edits the Bancroft Times. Mrs. Taylor, a Queen's Uni- versity graduate, received her newspaper experience through the Pioton Gazette and from freelance writing.
