Hastings South, has been chosen to head Canada's political committee at the forthcoming NATO talks in Paris. Mr. Temple leaves from Ottawa today with the parlia- mentary defence committee, on its annual tour of Canadian bases in Europe. During the committee's visit, I the conference of NATO parlia- mentarians is scheduled to start November 16th and continue I through to November 20th. Mr. Temple will deliver the | keynote speech of the Canadian delegation. Canadian bases included on I the committee tour are Soest and the RCAF No. 3 Wing at ! Zweibruecken.
