Phillips Till Vice President Herald Society A (OP) - Alan B. Beddoe of Ottawa, Heraldry consultant to the Canadian Gov- ernment Tuesday, was elected president of the recently in- corporated Heraldry Society of Canada at its inaugural meet- ing. Mr. Justice A. Alexander Cat- tanach, Puisne Judge of the Exchequer Court, and Phillips M. Till of Belleville were named vice - presidents.
