- Michael Tsichlas, 34, a civil engineer, has been hired by Pre-Fact Lrtd. of Toronto, to oversee all the pre-cast concrete installation for the Toronto dome stadium. He is the son of Louis Tsichlas, owner of the Cosy Grill.
