- Recently the late Douglas Marshall was awarded the EnerQuality Hall of Fame Award, which is sponsored by Natural Resources Canada. Through his company, Marshall Consulting, the Belleville native, had become affiliated with the R-2000 homebuilding initiative in the early 1980s, which encouraged energy efficiency in the housing market
