- Bill McPhee's family and friends are trying to raise $20,000 so he and his wife can live near the Toronto Genera Hospital to be placed on a waiting list for a double lung transplant. If he doesn't live that close, he's not eligible. A Madoc couple has offered to cover a thousand if they can earn the remaining money
