Martin Hanmore.
The late Martin Hanmore resided for many years in the vicinity of Vesta, and by his industry and thrift had accumulated 350 acres of choice land in Brant Township. For some time previous to his death Mr. Hanmore had been troubled with cancer of the stomach. On Monday of last week be underwent an operation for the removal of this malady, but owing to his weakened condition the sureou's knife failed to bring about the desired result and on the Wednesday following the opperation, the lamp of life went ont. The funeral on Friday last to the North Brant R.C. cemetery was largely attended. The Widow and a family of four sons and four daughters mourn the departed.
