Judge Hearn Dies.
Judge Hearn, of Waterloo, passed away at his home at Kitchener on Tuesday of last week. He was judge for nearly 13 years and was a native of Chinguaucousy township. Peel County, having been born near Mayfield May 11, 1858. He was Roman Catholic in religion and had been a conservative in politics.
