This is not a visible service to my riding, but it isanessential one that I have and will continue to pursue with ail my energy on behalf of everyone in this Riding - regardless of political affiliation. The mushrooming growth in and sur- rounding Metropol i tan Toronto has ai- ready demonstrated i ts impact upon our area. But as that growth continues it will be my objective to ensure that we strive not just for a larger population but more importantly for an increase inemploymentopportunities-to lessen our need for daily commuting and our dependence upon a relatively few em- ployers inthearea.
