The Minor Soccer Associ- ation reccntly votcd to ex- tend the sport into the dis- taff ranks to include girls ranging in age froin ciglit to 16 years. As a follow up, a number of clinîes have been scheduled at which the girls cari learn the fundanen tais of the game prior to taking to the field next season. These clinics are being held each Wednesday at Anderson High School between six and 7:30 p.ni. The only excep- tions will be the two holiday weeks when the sehool is closed. Indicative of the interest ini the sport on the part of the fair sex can be seen at these weekly clinics. The last one drew a total of '49 girls between the ages of 10O and 16.
