Whitby won the game 2-1 on a pair of goals by Doug Keeler and excellent goaltending by rzian Wilson who lost bis shutout with 55 seconds remaining in the game when iim Rutherford scored for the losers. The Hornets avenged the loss on Saturday when they defeated the Warriors 4-1 on two goals by John Rutherford and singles by Bill Hway and Norm McLeod. Mike Noonan replied for Whitby.
