Add onions and mushrooms; sauté until onions are lightly browned and tender. Combine sait, pepper, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and soup. Add to meat mixture and bring just to a boil. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; add 1/2 teaspoon sait and rice. Make a weillin the centre of the meat mixture and pour rice in. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Cherry Pear Cake 1 19-ounce can pear halves 3/ cup syrup from pears 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 sponge cake (2 layersi 6 whole maraschino cherries Drain and measure syrup from fruit; add water if needed to make 3/ cup. Add lemon juice. Mix brown sugar and corn- starch in simall saucepan, stir in syrup mixture; cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens; boil 3 minutes. Spread small amount of sauce between the two layers of cake. Place cake on plate and arrange pear halves and cherries. Pour hot sauce over top. Serve warm. Chocolate Fondu e Arrange cubes of cake, cheese, and f resh or canned fruit around the fondue pot. Dip the cubes into Hot Chocolate Sauce. Chocolate Fondue Sauce 8 ounces semi-sweet 1 cup caramel sundae sauce chocolate 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/ cup milk MeIt chocolate. Add milk, caramel sauce and vanilla. Stir until smooth and hot.
