During the past week there wepe two distuirbance calis as a resuit of snow- mobiles being operated in residential areas in the early rnorning hours. One person was charged under the MotorizedýSnow Vehicle Act for operating a snow vehicle on a roadway without a helmet. and one was charged with impaired driving after hie was stopped 01n bis snowniobile on Highway 7 and 12 in Brooklin. The penalties for operat- ing a snow machine while impaired are identical to those for the opeatio those for the -operation of any other 'mnotor vehicle, includk-ig licence suspension.
