The Reverend Mr. Edward Stevens has already taken up his duties and is getting settled in. He has a very inter.esting background which includes considerable time spent in Burma doing general pastoralwork and conducting leadership training. This was followed by somne years spent in Lucknow, India, doing parish work. The Rev. Mr. Stevens met his wife Suzanne in India where she was involved in rural health nursing. Suzanne, a native of Orillia, Ontario, probably deserves the credit for -convincing her husbanci li give Canada a try. We hope that both Mr. & Mrs. Stevens and their four children wili fmnd both good friends and good fellowship here in Brooklin. The Durham Trail Riders Snowrnobile Club invite you to corne out and meet your snowrnobiling neighbours. Children who attend morning Kindergarden are also welcome. These programrs begin on Tuesday, OctoberI 2th and will continue each Tuesday thereafler for ten weeks.
