A clâughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Stead she was born at Little Cataiina, Newfoundland, March 4, 1895. Mrs. Lintner had lived 60 years in Whitby. She was a member of St. Mark's United Church, Whitby, April 2 1923. She is also survived b' five sons, Ron of Oshawa and Tod Alvin, Don and Douglas of *hitby,; wo 4aughters,' Mrs. Robert Leyden (Helen) of Oshawa -and Mrs. Bud Pipher (Mary),of Whitby; 17 ggrandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
