The management is catering to an entirely new clientele and are taking steps to make the lounge and dining room a warm, pleasant place where people can dine and relax. Rick, the manager, ex- plained that they have now named the roomn upstairs Cedricks Nest. They have made a number of changes in the decor such as adding mirrors, uncovering the Le CHALET DINING ROOM, 110 Dundas treet, Whtby 0M"-377 Long a Iavowrite eating spot for people in Durham Region. Le Chalet specializes in Seafood, Steaks and Roast Beef. They feature a businessmen's luncheon fr",m $300 and up. Dinner for two is from $1500 and up. A salad bar isinciuded with full course meals. Le Chalet is open Monday to Thursday from noon to il pm, Friday noon to 12:30 a.m., and Saturday 4 p.m. to 12:30 arn. and Sunday' 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The, restaurant is licensed. Wednesday and, Sunday evenings for the dn ner hour. Tuesday it is New York 8 oz. sirloin at $8.95, regular $10.25. On Wed- nesdav it is Surf 'n Turf for $14,95 instead of the usual $1695.
