PAGE 16, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBFR 9, 1981, WHITRY FREE PRESS Toronto club wins the Attersley Bonspiel Barbara Whitman led her Toronto Granite Club to a trophy victory at aîis year's Attersley Bonspiel held last Wed- nesday at the Whitby Curling Club, defeating Tam-Heather runner Up Lorraine Coughlan. With Whitman were vice Nancy Barber, second Judy Kishbaugh and lead Barbara Bowlby. W.C.C.'s Agnes San- drelli, vice Heather Miler, second Pat Gib- son and Carole Rabbins were runners Up in the 11: 30 a.m. draw. Other winners in- cluded Avonlea Curling Club's Betty Allingham, vice Doris Carr, second Betty Hurd and lead Ruth Gorsline who took second place. Third prize was awarded to the Port Perry rink of Hoppy Carnwith, Marie Foster, Ellie Gibson and Erlyne Young. Evelyn McTavish led her Uxbridge rink to a one game higb. Other runners up were Rita Bowman of Dalewood and Joan Armitage of the Oshawa Golf Club.
