The society's boards of directors said that an inquiry would clear up its "bad" media image. That decision was reached after a fine- hour meeting held last week at the Thornhill Golf and Country Club. The society, she said, "re-affirmed the invita- tion already extended to the (attorney-general) that we would welcome any inquiry into the af- fairs of the society that he would see fit to insti- tute," she said. Wolfe added that they held a "fuît and com- plete discussion of recent comments in the media critical of the administration and operation of the Society." Several local govern- ments, provincial government and private agencies have ex- pressed concern about the Ontario Humane Society's operations. In the fir- 2 st game in the Atom 2 Division we saw Luke Dasilva take Whitby single handed by scoring a hat trick. Quelch Philip Kidd opened up the score for Ajax in the 4 first 10 minutes of the 2 game, 10 minutes later DaSilva took over and scored 2 goals to end the first haîf Ajax 3 Whitby nil. 4 Early in the second haîf Dasilva scored his third goal to make it 4 to 0 Ajax.
