The body of James Duncan Newlands, 20, of Agneî Street, Oshawa, was foundonMàrch, 20., Vin ýa*,home at the, bottom of Thickson Road South opposite Crystal Beach Road. He had been shot twi ce with a 12-gauge shotgun, once in the ab- domen and once in the back. At the. time the body was found, police said the victim had beçn dead for about four days.
