The store, located in Thlckson Plaza, 1540 Dundas Street East, is offering a unique feature to customers - brand name clothes at 20 to 50 per cent off the manufacturer's sug-. gested retail price. Store co-owner Arthur Uram explains that the store is able to offer this "off prlcing" -because of low overhead and be- cause they specialize'in clothing as opposed to the variety of goods in a department store. "We're not a sponting goods store, although we do carry the Active Wear brand," said Uram. "Our clothes are for the wonking women, and the housewife."1 Acconding to Uram, stock includes suits, blouses, pants, skirts, handbags, sunglasses and other accessonies. The store, whlch of- ficlly opened May 5, is the second operation in the chain to open up. The lrs tr pndi oot akt I * painapadu Brampton in August, 1982.
