'24, at Hoskin e Stables in Blackstock. Trophies will be awarded to the in- dividual rider with the highest earnings and to the group or stable with the highest earnings. Ail riders wil receive crests. S. at Olive Ave., on Wednesday Sept. 7 and Sept. 14, from 7 to 9p.m. The course covers a variety of boating topics such as boat handling, seamanship, charts and piloting, aids to navigation, rules of the road and safety afloat.
