House of the week Mr.- Grocer launc'hes appeal A recent ruling of the Ontario Labor Relations Board will be appealed to tbe Ontario Supreme Court by Wilett Foods Ltd. The OLRB recently decreed that botb of Willett's subsidiaries' Dominion Stores and Mr. Grocer are the same company and both are bound by tbe collec- tive agreement negotiated between Dominion and the union representing its em- ployees. " Despite the ruling, Bletsoe said "we have told the Mr. Grocer franchises that we in- tend to continue business as usûal. "They, of course, wiil bave to make their own assessments of their rîghts and obligations," be added, "but tbey now know that Wiilett will continue to support the franchise concept of Mr. Grocer 100 per cent. " Bletsoe added that tbey bave asked the OLRB to schedule the next Mr. Grocer case as soon as possible.
