The twinning was- of- ficially sealed at a brief ceremony last Friday morning and was tbe result of a program that orlginally saw .three reconditloned ambulan- ces sent to the island by the Government 0f On- tario. According- to Ontario Healtb Minister Keitb Norton the program wil help Jamaica improve its -.own bealth .care system. "lWe are in a position to assist Jamaica in tb. development of Its own health care system," be said. Norton was just one of the tbree Ontario bealth'care workers.
